LOGAN POURBAIX
Logan Pourbaix is the Head Principal of Echota Development Group and brings over a decade of experience in real estate investment and development. He began his career in commercial brokerage with Keller Williams Lanier Partners, where early exposure to capital markets, deal structuring, and on-the-ground transactions laid the foundation for his development-focused approach.
Building on that experience, Logan transitioned into residential speculative new construction, eventually expanding into larger-scale development and commercial projects. His background across brokerage, construction, and development allows him to take a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project, from initial concept through execution.
Outside the office, Logan enjoys spending time on the golf course, exploring the lakes and rivers of North Georgia, and bird hunting in the field alongside his trusted companion, Winn.
